Rack Anodizing
Unlike most other finishes, anodizing enhances the natural
beauty of the metal itself. The process develops a protective,
hydrated aluminum oxide coating that is resistant to corrosion
and abrasion. “Racking” is the most conventional
method to achieve this process. This method insures that all
parts have the same area of electrical contact and also provides
a very convenient and safe way to move the parts through the
process.
Our approach to rack anodizing is to develop the “perfect
fit” between the rack and product to minimize “rack
marks” or leave no evidence of the contact area, while
securing the product firmly to maintain conductivity. We achieve
this by using our in-house fabrication department.
No matter what the volume, our staff listens to your requirements
and maintains the highest quality standards throughout the projects
life. The versatility of having 21 different dye stations on
line ensures that we can match your color needs. Whether your
pre-finish requirements are matte or bright or you require a
custom matched color or a standard color, we can assist you
with accomplishing your project. |
